2. Virat Kohli’s Alibaug bungalow (estimated at INR 80 crore)

Star Indian batter, Virat Kohli, and Bollywood wife, Anuskha Sharma, have procured an expansive eight-acre estate in Alibaug, a picturesque coastal enclave situated to the extreme south of Mumbai, at an approximate distance of 100 km from the Financial Capital of India.

The illustrious duo acquired the property through two distinct transactions, as reported by Economic Times. The land parcels, measuring 2.54 acres and 4.91 acres respectively, were collectively valued at approximately INR 19.24 crore. Alibaug, renowned for its scenic beachfront allure, has become a coveted locale among Mumbai’s affluent, attracting a constellation of celebrities, industrialists, and notable figures from the realms of Bollywood and cricket.

For the finalization of this substantial acquisition, the couple disbursed INR 1.15 crore in stamp duty, with the transaction formally recorded on August 30. Vikas Kohli, Virat’s sibling, orchestrated the purchase of the land in Zirad village on their behalf. The couple procured the property from Sameera Habitats, a prominent real estate developer, and are poised to construct a luxurious farmhouse on the plot. Overall, the property was overlal valued at INR 80 crore, as per a report by Hindustan Times Tamil.

Although Virat and Anushka initially surveyed the site approximately six months prior, the finalization of the deal was delayed due to their demanding schedules. Presently, Virat Kohli is in Dubai, engaged in the Asia Cup cricket tournament.
