India is certainly not known for posting huge totals on the board but have still managed to create moments of glory; most amazing one being ICC World T20 in 2007. When India played Sri Lanka at Nagpur in the first T20 of the two match series in 2009, Sri Lanka posted a mammoth 215 on the board. Kumar Sangakkara’s 37-ball 78 set the tone for the visitors in the game. India, in response, could manage just 186/9 in their stipulated 20 overs and lost by 29 runs. A handy 55 off 26 balls from Gambhir in the top gave India a flying start but no other batsman could capitalize.
