Mahela Jayawardene’s best T20 innings have come when he has opened the batting. He scored an impressive 100 against Zimbabwe at Providence in the 2010 edition of the World T20. Rain, however, played spoilsport as the opposition batted just the 5 overs. The Sri Lankans picked up a 14 run win by the D/L method.
