Waugh led his side to 108 wins in 163 game at a win/loss ratio of 2.45. Waugh led Australia to 41 test wins in 57 matches at a win/loss ratio of 4.56; the highest for any Test captain who has led in at least 50 games. Australia won 61 won ODIs under Steve Waugh along with the prestigious World Cup in 1999.
