2. Michael Clarke
At the second place we have former Australian captain Michael Clarke. The stylish right hander played 39 innings against England in ODI cricket and scored 1,430 runs at an average of 43.33. He also scored a hundred and 11 fifties against the English bowling attack.
Clarke’s only hundred against England came in the year 2013 at Manchester. In a 102-ball stay, Clarke scored 14 fours to help his side to thrash England by 88 runs. Another special from the willow of Clarke against England came at the Kennington Oval in 2010. In a 106-ball stay, Clarke scored a sedate 99* to enable his side to wallop the opposition by 78 runs.
Clarke scored 7,981 runs for the Kangaroos in ODI cricket and retired from the game in the year 2015, after leading Australia to the World Cup title.
