David Warner entered the Australian team without even playing quality domestic cricket, he comes from shield cricket. David Warner, was struggling a few years back when he decided to look test cricket batting from a different angle. The same angle Virender Sehwag, Kris Srikanth looked from. He has organised his game over the last couple of years and has taken the openers slot with both hands. David Warner has had a strike rate of 81.85 this year. Warner played 8 test matches this year, scoring 1096 runs at a very impressive average of 68.50. He must however, try to covert his centuries into double centuries and triple centuries like his mentor. That is probably the only criticism you can have against this hulk of a batsman.
