1. Irfan Pathan:

Irfan’s bowling was top notch and he swung the new ball well. His 17 wickets at 15.76 in 10 matches include a five-for and a four-for. His captaincy also been superb and he has backed the younger players in the squad. His best of 5/13 was against Assam in Vadodara. He batted brilliantly as well scoring 200 runs at an average of 40.00 and a strike rate of 152.67. A much fitter Irfan is keen on making up for the lost time and is eyeing a comeback to the national side.
