Top 6 longest sixes in cricket history
The monstrous hits by the batsmen left the spectators absolutely overawed.
1. Brett Lee: 143 metres
Surprisingly, the bowler from Australia Brett lee tops the list of longest sixes ever hit in the history of cricket. In 2005, during the first Test between Australia and West Indies in Brisbane at the Gabba, Lee picked the bones out of a pitched up delivery from Daren Powell. The ball went very far and ended up going into the practice nets at the back of the Stadium. Even Lee was left overawed with the shot and kept on smiling with his partner Nathan Bracken at the other end.
