Virat Kohli in awe of the scenic Cape Town along with his life partner

Indian skipper Virat Kohli is currently in South Africa as the gruelling tour against the host nation commences on January 5 in Cape Town. Recently he exchanged the marriage vows with the Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma in a secret ceremony at a scenic venue in Tuscany, Italy. Later, the couple also threw a couple of grand receptions in Delhi and Mumbai as the fans kept on gushing over their pictures together. However, this time around Virat has posted an adorable picture with his newlywed wife on Twitter and they are looking gorgeous together.

Team India is currently in the middle of a dream run under the inspired leadership of Virat Kohli and is still unbeaten in their last 16 bilateral series. But they have played most of their cricket at home or against the depleted sides like Windies and Sri Lanka away. Many believe that the litmus test for the team will begin during their overseas tours of South Africa, England and Australia. India will be touring to all these countries in 2018 and would be eyeing their maiden series victories. To begin with, they will play 3 Tests, 6 ODIs and 3 T20Is against the Proteas from January.

Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma has accompanied her husband Virat Kohli ahead of an all-important series against South Africa on the eve of New Year. Reportedly, she will return back home before the start of the first Test for her professional assignments. Even the likes of Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane have been touring along with their wives and are having a gala time in the country. Though it seems that Virat has loved the scenery in Cape Town as he was in awe of it during his visit to the beach.

He posted a picture on the micro-blogging website Twitter along with the love of his life and hailed the beautiful place in the coastal city. He captioned the image as, “Cape Town is such a beautiful place anyways, and even more beautiful with my one and only!” Both are looking charming together sending their fans into a frenzy. Kohli, however, is having one eye on the maiden series victory in the country and is practising hard for the same.
