The Coronavirus outbreak has brought the busy lives of people to a screeching halt. It has been more than a month since the virus has affected the lives across the world and it continues to do so even now. Like other countries, even India is under lockdown with no action going around in sports. This has forced even the cricketers to stay at home and this is probably the first time in a decade that they haven’t played for more than a month.
All the players have been spending time during this quarantine in their own ways. While some are busy on social media, few are making funny videos on TikTok to keep themselves and their fans entertained. The Indian skipper Virat Kohli is also at his home in Mumbai with his wife Anushka Sharma and the power couple has time and again urged their followers to stay at home to be safe during this pandemic.
And the lockdown has led to the 31-year-old sporting a new look. He took up the Trim at Home Challenge on Saturday and trimmed his beard. Kohli donned a french style beard in his new look and also challenged his followers to take up the challenge and do the stuff that makes them feel good during these tough times.
“While we’re all indoors, it’s extremely important to do stuff that makes you feel good. Staying well groomed is one of the things that keeps me in the zone. So I thought of giving myself this new look. I want all of you to take the #TrimAtHome challenge & post your new look!” his tweet read.
