VVS Laxman’s India ODI dream XI v Australia in Australia

Australia is always a tough opposition to play and not many are successful against them. However, the little master loved challenges and the Kangaroos were one his favorite challengers. He has scored over 3000 runs against them including 9 hundreds and 15 fifties. His most memorable performance against Australia in Australia came at Sydney in the 2008 CB series final where he scored an unbeaten 117 runs to guide India to a 6 wicket win. Kohli has been on a record-breaking spree ever since he set his foot in international cricket. The Delhi batsman loves Australia as an opponent and has always been sublime against them. Kohli’s most memorable performance against Australia in Australia came in the recently concluded ODI series where hit 381 runs at an average of 76.20 with the help of 2 centuries and 2 half-centuries, ending up as the second highest run-getter in the series. The man who led India to its first World Cup victory seems to be the perfect choice to at the helm of the bowling attack against the Aussies in Australia. His ability to swing the ball at lively pace and handy batting capabilities would be an asset for any team. Kapil played 41 matches in Australia out of which 21 were against the hosts. His spell of 5/15 at Sydney is his best performance in Australia against the hosts. Anil Kumble: Anil Kumble. He played against Australia for the first time two years during 2003 World Cup final at Johannesburg. Nehra has played 13 games against Australia has 14 wickets. Out of the 13 matches, only two took place in Australia. He hasn’t played much against the Aussies in Australia but that doesn’t downgrade his ability as a fast bowler.
