Watch: Piers Morgan’s art of playing fast bowling
Piers Morgan, however, isn’t any rude outspoken person who likes to criticize and mock people unnecessarily. He actually is an entertaining person who likes to deal things with a dash of humor and sarcasm (Sometimes thing don’t down well though). One such example of his funny side was on display during the 2013 Ashes Series.
The BBC representative during one of the mid-session show was made to bat against the fast bowling machine Brett Lee. What made things more amusing was that Morgan had to face one full over against Lee.
This was obviously is not a good thing for a non-cricketer. Facing 90 Miles bullets from Lee regarded as one of the fastest bowlers of all-time is not an easy job. But, Morgan did look hesitant at any point. However, that was the mistake he made. The following few minutes were very painful for him as Lee thrashed him all over his body with his fast balls.

Lee showed no mercy and like any fast bowler tore him apart. However, despite all the hammering stood there and batted all six balls. His act brought him appreciation from the experts standing there – Michael Vaughan and Shane Warne – and the huge crowd standing right behind the playing area. Morgan obviously deserves respect as it takes a bottle to stand in front of Brett Lee grunting and bowling at full pace with full run-up.
