'When you smile, whole world stops and stares for a while' - Ravindra Jadeja shares a picture with MS Dhoni
The camaraderie between MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja is well known to the fans.
Former India cricketer MS Dhoni has been an undisputed leader of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Since the inception of the league, he has been at the helm and has led the team to three titles. No wonder all the players in the team respect him and the franchise believes in the skipper making it a close knit family.
Ravindra Jadeja has been the part of the CSK squad for quite some time now and is one of the three retained players during the 2018 auction. The all-rounder has played a crucial role for the Men in Yellow all these years and Dhoni always falls back to Jadeja to gain control during the match. The same man had backed the all-rounder during the early days of his career and today, the left-hander is one of the first names on the Indian team’s sheet.
It is no surprise that Ravindra Jadeja believes in his skipper a lot and if anyone has slightest of doubts, the former’s latest tweet should wipe that out. Jadeja shared one of the pictures with MS Dhoni smiling while sitting besides him and has captioned it superbly which clears the respect he has for the latter.
Calling MS Dhoni different from everyone else, the southpaw wrote, “And when you smile. The whole world stops and stares for a while. ‘Cause, you’re amazing. Just the way you are. @mahi7781.”
Here’s the tweet:
Ravindra Jadeja’s form vital for CSK in Suresh Raina’s absence
A lot happened over the weekend in the CSK camp ahead of the upcoming edition of the IPL. As many as 10-12 members tested positive for Coronavirus during the routine tests. Deepak Chahar and Ruturaj Gaekwad were among the two cricketers to contract the virus. Following the development, the IPL veteran Suresh Raina decided to pull out of the whole tournament with his family giving importance to his two kids.
In his absence, MS Dhoni will be hoping for Ravindra Jadeja to step up with both bat and ball during the IPL this year. It will be interesting to see who replace Raina in the XI on a regular basis as well.
