One of the words that have been trending like wildfire on social media in the past few days is- Struggle. Many eminent personalities have to face the struggle of facing the wrath due to their actions on social media. Speaking of getting trolled, the International Cricket Council knows a fair bit about getting trolled on social media. Time and again, the admin of the ICC social media accounts makes hilarious goof-ups, only to let the Netizens have a field day at the apex body’s expense.

The latest example of it came during the recently concluded T20I series between India and Sri Lanka where the ICC’s Twitter handle posted two images of the game and captioned it as “If you know the struggle….#INDvSA”.

While there was no problem with the caption, it certainly was with the hashtag. The admin forgot that it is Sri Lanka which India is currently playing and not South Africa, as he proceeded to use #INDvSA in place of #INDvSL. Since then, the Netizens are having a field day on Twitter at ICC’s expense. Many came up with hilarious memes to troll the apex-cricketing body.

India clinched the series by winning the third T20I

Coming back to the final T20I between India and Sri Lanka, it turned out to be yet another damp squib as the Men in Blue bulldozed the hapless Sri Lankans at the M.C.A Stadium without even breaking a sweat.

KL Rahul [54] and Shikhar Dhawan [52] gave India the perfect start when they accumulated a whirlwind 97 in the first 11 overs. Both the batsmen couldn’t convert their starts into a substantial inning. India suffered a brief stutter in the middle over with Sanju Samson, Shreyas Iyer failing to take their opportunities. In the end, the blitz by Manish Pandey and Shardul Thakur propelled the Men in Blue to 201 after 20 overs.

Chasing 202, Sri Lanka were never really in the game as the trio of Navdeep Saini [3-28], Shardul Thakur [2-19] and Jasprit Bumrah [1-5] wreaked havoc on their top-order, paving way for a clinical 78-run win.

Here’s how Twitter trolled ICC-
