Who is Yash Dayal? - All you need to know about Gujarat Titans' 3.2 Crore buy
Yash Dayal was listed at a base price of INR 20 lakh in the IPL 2022 mega auction.
Yash Dayal is one of the upcoming seamers who earned a high price in the IPL 2022 mega auction and will be part of the Gujarat Titans squad for the upcoming season. The Gujarat Titans landed the seamer for 3.2 Crores after intense bidding with the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchises. Dayal has been on the radar for a lot of franchises coming into the auction.
It has to be noted that, Dayal recently joined the India ODI squad bubble in Ahmedabad as a backup before he was released to join the UP Ranji Trophy squad in Gurgaon. Dayal gave his first IPL trial three years ago with Mumbai Indians and has been a regular feature as a net bowler among the franchises in the coming years. The 24-year-old could be soon in the Indian colors as well taking into account the lack of quality left-arm seamers in India in recent times.
