The former England great added that Kohli’s heroes are Dravid and Tendulkar and he puts in great efforts to follow their footsteps.

It has to be noted that Kohli is currently going through a rough patch in his career as far as his batting is considered. A century from his end is long-awaited which last came in 2019 against Bangladesh. He was even expected to score big in the Lord’s Test but returned with scores of 42 and 20 in the 1^st and 2^nd innings respectively. Having said that, the energy and will he shows on the field keeps his teammates moving with all the enthusiasm.
