10 Under performers who might not get a contract in IPL 2022
These players haven't been up to the mark in the last couple of seasons and might go unsold in the mega auction.
8. Manan Vohra
In IPL 2019, Manan Vohra was bought by the RR franchise for INR 20 lakh and had to wait two full seasons to make his debut. The cricketer also started as the team’s frontline opener but ended up facing havoc with regards to his performances.
From his tally of 4 games, all Manan had managed was a total of 42 runs at an average of 10.5. He never looked comfortable and eventually lost his place after exhibiting a horrid time. In fact, before the 2021 season, the batter had faced a similar experience wherein in the 2018 IPL, Vohra again had scored only 55 runs from his 4 games while playing for RCB.
Hence, by being in long due to restore his IPL presence, sadly Manan has further fallen into a rut that eventually might make him fail to bag the 2022 season contract.
