We always see that some of the teams always tend to play a second fiddle wicketkeeper in the IPL but yet again this young English player was overlooked by the franchises. This wicketkeeper-batsman is a hotshot as well and did pretty well during the tour of India.

Jonny Bairstow might not be a specialist limited-overs player has scored over 1400 in Tests at an average of 58.80. It might have been his base price of INR 1.5 crores which would have made the franchises think about him. But this star would be disappointed as he will miss out on what promises to be a cracker of a season in the IPL.
