It’s a very common fact that the IPL (Indian Premier League) is a force to reckon with and is the most sought after T20 league in the world. He has worked on his fitness and that was reflected in the way he spearheaded a famous 3-2 ODI series win in India before the World Cup.

In a bid to stay physically and mentally fit for the marquee tournament, and with one eye on the Ashes series that would follow the World Cup, the Aussie speedster pulled out of IPL 2019. His presence would certainly enhance the tournament even more. The prospect of seeing Cummins- Rabada or Bumrah-Cummins bowling together is really exciting.
