5. Dhoni and Raina’s dry patch with the Bat:

Throughout this IPL, Dhoni and Raina failed to make a mark. Raina did manage to play a few knocks which contributed much in deciding the fate of the game but the finishing instinct of Dhoni has been lacking throughout the IPL. In fact, in the first qualifier, Dhoni was dismissed for a golden duck which shifted CSK further to the jaws to defeat. Keeping in mind of the fact that RCB bowlers have bowled considerably well in their last few games and with Ranchi being a wicket favouring the slower bowlers, the middle order of CSK in the likes of Dhoni and Raina might find it difficult to get going for yet another time.
