Any India-Pakistan cricketing encounter is worth remembering. Even more, if it is a 5-day game between these teams, the fans will get to the see purest form of cricket for a longer period. Sadly the last time when both the teams pitted against each other in the classic format happens to be in 2007.

At the time the arch-rivals played out a dramatic game in the front of Bangalore crowd. The match went into the final session until the bad light stopped the play and robbed the home team of a memorable win. Still, India managed to create history by winning their first Test series on home soil against Pakistan after 27 years, courtesy of their win in the first game of the 3-match series.

However, the Indian team also registered a forgetful record in the same Test. In the first innings of Pakistan, the Indian bowlers conceded 76 extras including 15 no-balls. That number strikes out because it is the maximum amount of runs a team has given away in the form of extras in a single inning of a Test match. The Indian bowling unit and as well as their fans will not be proud of that record.
