AB de Villiers receives a special gift ahead of his 100th Test match: South Africa’s AB de Villiers was a delighted man in Bangalore, as he got a personalised surprise from Bengaluru FC COO Mustafa Ghouse, on Wednesday. He presented him with a customised BFC jersey and with a lifetime membership card on Wednesday.
De Villiers, who will play his 100th Test match during the second game against India in Bengaluru, is in fine form. A regular starter for the Royal Challengers Bangalore, AB de Villiers will look to provide an edge in South Africa’s favour.
De Villiers has so far crafted an impressive tally of 7,685 runs at a striking average of 51.93 with 21 centuries and 37 half-centuries from 99 Test matches.
South Africa have clinched the T20 series, along with the bilateral ODI series. The visitor’s are currently 1 down in the series, as India won the first Test match at Mohali by 108 runs.
