MS Dhoni makes the most of his off-time, turns skydiver
Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be back to play for India during the One Day International series against Sri Lanka which starts on December 10 in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni has arguably been one of India’s greatest cricketers to have played the game. From being brash and outlandish, the Jharkhand-born cricketer has transformed himself into a matured and tranquil personality. India won a number of trophies on the back of Dhoni’s stupendous leadership qualities.
Recently, the swashbuckling cricketer visited Jammu & Kashmir, where he was greeted gleefully by the crowd. He interacted with several budding cricketers and also was invited as the chief guest for a cricket match between South Kashmir and North Kashmir. He also paid a visit to Delhi Public School (DPS) at Srinagar where teachers and students rubbed shoulders with the legendary cricketer.
Dhoni had retired from Test cricket way back in 2014 and hence gets ample rest when the national team is playing a Test series. The former Indian skipper is making full utilisation of his leisure time as most recently, he uploaded a picture in his Instagram profile where is set to skydive.
Dhoni is renowned for his calm and composed head and the picture indicates his attributes. Generally, before an adventure sport like ‘skydiving’, one is ought to be nervous because of the risk involved with it. However, in the picture, Dhoni is seen keeping an unflustered temperament and not showing any sort of nervousness before taking off.

A crucial time ahead for Dhoni
The Indian wicket-keeper batsman has blown hot and cold in recent times. Consequently, he received a fair bit of flak from pundits and the general public. The cricketer will be back to play for India during the One Day International series against Sri Lanka which starts on December 10 in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
At 36 years of age, Dhoni might not be at his best. However, he is yet to run out of steam and has a fair amount of cricket left in him.
