The English all-rounder did well for his team and produced big performances when it mattered the most. He has good control swinging the new ball and gave his team crucial breakthroughs. He took 10 wickets at an average of 15.90 and an economy rate of 7.57. He played two important cameos for England in tense situations. His 20 not out against Afghanistan and 21 against Windies in the final took his team to two competitive totals. His spell of 3/20 in the final match nearly won England the trophy.
