8. Royal Challengers Bangalore- David Willey

England left-arm pacer David Willey was roped in by the Royal Challengers Bangalore at his base price of INR 2 crore at the IPL 2022 mega auction and even though he could not make much of an impact with the ball in hand, the Englishman has been retained by RCB for the 2023 season.

The 32-year-old could only bag a solitary scalp in the four matches that he got to feature in the last season averaging 72 and an economy of 6.55.

However, Willey might have to warm the bench this time around with the inclusion of his English teammate and left-arm speedster Reece Topley.
