4. Hardik Pandya (MI)
Hardik Pandya had a dream run with Gujarat Titans (GT). He led the Ahmedabad franchise to glory in their maiden season (2022) and led them to the finals in the following season. However, the star all-rounder was traded to Mumbai Indians (MI) ahead of the 2024 season and had a forgettable experience with them.
Apart from his captaincy excellence, Pandya also led the batting unit in the 2022 season with 487 runs at an average of 44.27 including four fifties. He also took eight wickets. But in his comeback season with MI, the 30-year-old managed just 216 runs from 13 innings and saw his team finish at the bottom of the points table.
