9. Ravichandra Ashwin - Prithi Narayanan
The Indian all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin is known for his magnificent spin-bowling skills. Over the years, Ashwin has consistently delivered a lot of match-winning spells for India in all three formats. In June 2010, the off-spinner made his international debut against Sri Lanka in the Zimbabwe tri-series series.
On November 13, 2011, the off-spinner got hitched to his childhood sweetheart Prithi Narayanan as per the traditional Tamil customs. As the wedding happened during the West Indies tour of India, no teammates of Ashwin could attend the wedding.
Before marriage, the couple were in a relationship for a long time. Both completed their schooling together and also joined the SSN College of Engineering in Chennai. In July 2015, the couple welcomed their first child as Prithi gave birth to a baby girl at Fortis Malar Hospital, Adyar. In December 2016, the couple became parents to their second child, giving birth to a baby girl.
