KL Rahul, who is married to actor Suniel Shetty’s daughter, Athiya, had visited the Ghati Subramanya Swamy Temple in Bengaluru before the Indian squad for the ODI World Cup 2023 was announced. He recently made his India team return during the Asia Cup 2023. He also captained India to a 2-1 ODI series win against Australia. He is the first-choice keeper-batter for India. 

He marked his return with a century against Pakistan in Colombo and hit fifties in India’s ICC World Cup opener as well. Previously, KL Rahul had visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain in February just after marrying Athiya Shetty. In addition to this, Rahul also visited the Sai Baba Mandir in Nagpur.
