Ahead of the start of the ODI World Cup 2023, Rohit Sharma visited the Tirupati Balaji Temple, in Tamil Nadu for blessings. Sharma finds great value in this pilgrimage because it allows him to express gratitude to God and seek His blessings on a fruitful cricketing career. It is admirable how much he values spirituality and the role it has played in his life.

Rohit Sharma has also visited the Heartfulness Learning Centre, at Kanha Shantivanam, in Chegur. The star Indian opener and captain, along with his wife Ritika, laid the foundation stone in the presence of spiritual master, Kamlesh Patel aka Dadaji.
