After getting unsold in the 2023 IPL auction, Kedar Jadhav was signed up by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the second half of the 2023 IPL. He got two games from the RCB team management but failed to be impactful with his bat in both contests, scoring a total of only 12 runs.

Challengers have parted ways with Jadhav and now, his name is expected to feature in the upcoming auction again. However, there is a high chance that buyers might not raise their paddles at the announcement of his name as his overall IPL record isn’t credible.

Playing 95 games of the league, he has scored only 1208 runs at a disappointing strike rate of 123.14. In the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2023-24, Jadhav could’ve showcased his batting mettle for Maharashtra but he scored only 96 runs in six matches at an average of 24.00.
