4. Chris Gayle
Chris Gayle is still active in cricket, showing up in league cricket all over the world from time to time. In November 2021, he played his last international game for the West Indies against Australia in the 2021 T20 World Cup. He is yet to announce his international retirement but the star batter might hang up his boots anytime from all forms of the sport.
In his cricketing career, he gave 22 years to the West Indies team. While serving them, he made a lot of cheerful memories. Playing the match against England in the 2012 World Cup, Morgan left the crease before Gayle bowled a delivery. Warning the England southpaw, the West Indies stalwart did a funny gesture.
Following his side’s maiden T20 World Cup victory in 2012, Gayle went wild and performed an imitation of the horse-riding dance which got famous those days due to South Korean singer Psy’s popularity. There are plenty of incidents to recount when Gayle had fun on the field but in 2019, when the Indian team toured the Caribbean islands, Gayle and Kohli shook feet with each other during the first ODI in Guyana. Both players were teammates in Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) from 2011-17 and following this incident, many RCB supporters recalled their bonding.
