Being a celebrity comes with a huge price and one of the sacrifices the popular faces make on a daily basis is their privacy. Not only the fans but the media personnel also invade the celebrities’ personal space on a regular basis and it seems like Anushka Sharma has had enough. The Bollywood actress and wife of India cricket team’s skipper Virat Kohli has lashed out at the media for not respecting her privacy.

Fed up with media personnel’s behaviour, Anushka posted a furious message on social media on Wednesday, after pictures of her and Kohli, sitting in their balcony, were posted online. The photo was taken when the actress was enjoying breakfast with her husband on the balcony of their new residence in Juhu.

Unsurprisingly, she was not impressed with her privacy being invaded even at her own home as she lashed out at the photographers. In her post, Anushka Sharma stated that she had discussions with the photographer and the publication about such incidents already, and was disappointed that they amounted to nothing.

“Despite requesting the said photographer and the publication, they still continue to invade our privacy. Guys! Stop this right now!” she wrote on her Instagram Story while also attaching the picture that was taken by the photographer.

Here’s her story:

Virat Kohli at home

Talking about Virat Kohli, the batting superstar returned home last month from Australia to be with his wife. The couple are expecting their first child this month. Kohli returned home after the first Test in Adelaide which India lost by eight wickets. In his absence, Ajinkya Rahane is leading the side. Rahane led the team to a stunning 8-wicket victory in the second Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

The third Test of the four-match series is scheduled to be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground from January 7. A win will be enough for India to retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Meanwhile, Kohli is expected to return to action next month when India host England. The series will be the first assignment for Team India at home amid the pandemic. England will visit the country for three ODIs, 5 T20Is and four Tests.
