'Happy Birthday my person' - Athiya Shetty's adorable wish for India cricketer KL Rahul

India cricketer KL Rahul is celebrating his 28th birthday on Saturday and is getting wishes from the nook and corner of the country. Even the Indian skipper Virat Kohli has wished him recalling his first ever Test hundred in Australia while social media is filled with the best wishes on his special day. However, the Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty and his rumoured girlfriend has come up with a special wish for the cricketer which must have made Rahul’s day.
Rahul and Athiya are reportedly in a relationship for quite some time now and their pictures on social media are a testament to it as well. Moreover, the adorable couple time and again express their love for each other indirectly while Athiya Shetty’s father Suniel Shetty had almost confirmed their relationship in an interview too earlier this year.
As far as Athiya’s wish for KL Rahul is concerned, she called the cricketer ‘my person’ while wishing him on his birthday. Moreover, the birthday was all hearts for Athiya in response even as Hardik Pandya was also spotted commenting to the post. The way some of their close friends have reacted to Athiya Shetty’s post almost confirms that the couple is in a relationship.

As far as Suniel Shetty is concerned, he seemed to be happy about his daughter and KL Rahul’s relationship stating that the cricketer fits into the family like a glove. “We love the kids and the kids they are dating. Absolutely love them and I think more than profession, being happy in life is very important today because that is the space I think that is missing. We were all happy, we grew up happy.
“I love Ahan’s girlfriend and I love whom Athiya is seeing. I do not have a problem with that, Mana doesn’t have a problem with that and they are happy… We are blessed that they are from brilliant families and so humble and fit into the family like gloves,” he had said while speaking to the Times of India.
