'He has been after my life' - Virat Kohli reveals David Warner has been asking him to do a TikTok video
Warner and Kohli share a great relationship off the field. The duo has been seen commenting on each other's social media profile quite a times.
For the past few weeks, Australian batsman David Warner has become quite popular on social media. It is none or other than his funny TikTok videos which has helped him garner so much attention.
During his TikTok videos spree, Warner had also asked Indian captain Virat Kohli to join him for a duet on the app. He replied to a comment which Kohli had posted on Instagram. Warner also said to Kohli that he can take help from his wife, Anushka Sharma.
As it turns out, there is no more the story. On Saturday, Kohli caught up with Ravichandran Ashwin during the season finale of the show “Reminisces with Ash”. During the conversation, Warner had posted some comment which prompted Ashwin to mention his name to Kohli.
The Indian skipper took this opportunity to say that Warner has been quite busy making Tik Tok videos. He also revealed that Warner has been behind him and has been asking him to make a TikTok video.
Virat Kohli also talked about his ‘dinosaur’ video
“He is busy making TikTok videos. He has been after my life, he has been asking me to do one,” Kohli told Ashwin as they both shared a burst out of laughter. Kohli also talked about the ‘Dinosaur’ video shared by his wife Anushka Sharma on Instagram which was turned into a meme by many fans.
Warner and Kohli share a great relationship off the field. The duo has been seen commenting on each other’s social media profile quite a times. They two weren’t friends to start off as some of their early on-field spats would suggest. However, with time the two have become very fond of each other.
Kohli was Ashwin’s guest in his show. The show is where players talk about a match from the past and revive the memories of a great match. Kohli discussed the match between India and Pakistan in the 2012 Asia Cup in Dhaka. It was the match in which he scored his highest ODI score of 183.
The knock came from just 148 balls and helped India chase down a huge total of 330. Ashwin also had played that match and talked about the match in lengths with the current India skipper.
