ICC World Cup 2019: Match 40, Bangladesh vs India – Statistical Preview
All the major stats and numbers ahead of the game between Bangladesh and India.
India suffered their first loss of the World Cup 2019 as they fell 31 runs short of England’s total on Sunday in Birmingham. At the same venue, India will take on Bangladesh to seal their berth in the semi-final. India most probably sure of their top four finish but a win can avoid any miracles. Bangladesh, on the other hand, has won three out of seven matches. They need to win both their remaining games and also expect England to lose against New Zealand as their NRR is quite less compared to other sides.
All the major stats and numbers ahead of the game between Bangladesh and India:

81.75 – Virat Kohli has a bowling average of 81.75 in ODIs against Bangladesh; his best average in this format against any team. Kohli scored 654 runs in 11 ODI innings against them with three centuries and three fifties. However, since 2015, the Indian skipper scored only 148 runs in five innings at 37 average with a fifty against Bangladesh after averaging 126.5 until 2014.
96.6 – Rohit Sharma is averaging 96.6 in the ODI format against Bangladesh since the start of 2015. He scored 483 runs from seven ODI innings in this span with two centuries and two fifties.
