IPL 2018: Shikhar Dhawan plays a prank on Shakib, Rashid
A video has surfaced the media in which the SRH opener is seen playing some pranks with his teammates.
The Sunrisers Hyderabad are off to a great start in the 2018 edition of the Indian Premier League. They have won their all the three matches played thus far and the players are having a great time in the tournament. All players have chipped in with crucial contributions for the team thus far. One of the mainstays of the team has been opener Shikhar Dhawan.
Dhawan has been an integral part of the Sunrisers setup for quite some time. Dhawan, along with David Warner, shouldered the bulk of the responsibility of the SRH batting last season. This year, with no Warner in the camp, the role of Dhawan has become more important. And the veteran southpaw is doing his business pretty well.
Dhawan smashed a brilliant 78 in the very first game against the Rajasthan Royals this season. He is already being tipped as one of the top contenders for the Orange Cap this year. Well, all of this and his batting remains to be seen in the games to follow. For now, the SRH team is having fun and is a relaxed bunch of boys.
Shikhar Dhawan, in particular, is known to be a very jovial person. He is rarely seen getting animated on or off the field and takes life very easy. Recently, a video has surfaced the media in which the SRH opener is seen playing some pranks with his teammates. The SRH players were traveling and were in the flight when Dhawan decided to get a little cheeky.
He used a piece of paper to tickle Shakib Al Hasan and Rashid Khan – the two popular overseas recruits of the SRH camp. Both overseas stars were sleeping when Dhawan tickled them. They got up and could not really figure out what or who tickled them whilst in sleep. Meanwhile, Dhawan can be seen sharing a laugh with the other players who were not asleep in the flight.
