2. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)
Kolkata Knight Riders have opened with Sunil Narine and Chris Lynn for a majority of the season last year. They’ve also got Robin Uthappa who is quite capable of opening the innings. Hence, many would not back the idea of having someone like Hazratullah Zazai in their side.
However, with the oppositions figuring out ways to snaffle Narine early, he might not be as effective a weapon with the bat. Moreover, Chris Lynn is usually injury prone. Therefore, these reasons add weight to having someone like Zazai in their squad who would also gain a lot of exposure being with a team like the KKR.
