IPL 2019: Match 45, RR vs SRH - Weather forecast | Hourly temperature and chances of rain
There will be a good amount of cloud coverage during the game.
A lot will be at stake when Rajasthan Royals (RR) host Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Saturday. Neither of the two teams is in a very good position and another slip up could very much end their bleak playoff hopes. While Sunrisers Hyderabad are fourth in the points table and Rajasthan are seventh, just one win separates both the teams. With such a small margin separating the teams, they will be aware of the dire consequences of a poor result in the forthcoming game.
The Royals enter this contest after a morale-boosting win over Kolkata Knight Riders. RR had recovered from 98 for 5 to chase down 176, thanks to 17-year old Riyan Parag and Jofra Archer. The Royals, however, will have their task cut as they will be without their first choice overseas players for this game. The likes of Archer, Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler have left the team for international duty. In their absence, the inaugural winners will have to be at their absolute best to get the better of the Sunrisers.
SRH, on the other hand, will be without their in-form opener Jonny Bairstow who too has left IPL due to international commitment. But the runners-up from 2018 haven’t been adversely affected with the loss of foreign players and will be looking to get back to winning ways after losing their previous game to Chennai Super Kings.
Both the teams have already met once this season with Sunrisers coming out on top on that occasion. Sanju Samson’s century had helped the Royals pile up 198 but the Sunrisers chased down the total quite comfortably.
How’s the weather expected to be:
With both the teams in desperate need of bagging all the points, they will be delighted to know that the weather will not ruin the clash. According to Weather forecast in AccuWeather, there is no prediction of rain. However, there will be a good amount of cloud coverage during the game with the weather report predicting 31% of cloud coverage. As far as the humidity is concerned, it will hover between 10-15%. The temperature, however, will be on the higher side. It will be around 37-degree Celsius at the start of the game and will not show too much variation during the game.
