The team from Punjab has always been inconsistent in their run and it is no different this year with 3 wins coming alternatively in 5 games. Kings XI have an explosive opening pair and a decent bowling attack, but they lack an experienced player in the middle order. It is still early days in the tournament and the team can solve this problem by adding Moises Henriques to the playing XI. The Australian all-rounder has the ability to play the spinners well, and he proved it while he was plying his trade for the Hyderabad franchise.

Apart from his skills with bat and ball, he can be a calming influence for young players like Sarfaraz Khan and Mandeep Singh. In pressure situations, Ashwin can be hugely benefitted with the presence of Henriques on the field as he has been leading the Sydney Sixers franchise from last 4 years. He had a successful outing in the IPL 2016 and 2017, with almost churning out 500 runs in two seasons. His current form is also good as he scored a 30-ball 60 against Adelaide Strikers a month ago in BBL.
