In his initial years of international journey, Yuvraj Singh used to terrorize opposition just by his fielding skills. Back in time Yuvraj Singh and Mohammad Kaif formed a deadly combo at the backward point region and pulled off some awe-inspiring catches. Post Cancer, the southpaw made a successful comeback but his fitness has reduced to some extent and this has made him a slow mover in the field.

Age has definitely caught up with the star as he even failed the yo-yo tests a couple of years ago. Mumbai Indians (MI) already have players in the form of Bumrah and Malinga who are snail-paced and if we add Yuvraj to the list it will definitely bring down the fielding standards. Also, an old pair of legs can struggle while rotating the strike in middle overs which can cause further problems to batsmen like Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya.
