Just like the English side, New Zealand has been a powerhouse in world cricket as well. In Test cricket, they have won the ICC Test Championship, and in the limited-overs format, they have managed to reach the finals of both the World Cups. Time and time again, they have proved their consistency.

As Kane Williamson was retained by SRH, all eyes were on other star players like Jimmy Neesham, and Daryl Mitchell. The all-rounders went to the Rajasthan-based franchise. For Mitchell, it was a bit surprising as he stated that he went to sleep thinking that he will remain unsold.

Talking about Trent Boult, he landed a deal with RR as well. It will be interesting to see how the management plans their playing eleven for the Royals. With a plethora of options, they can surely go the distance this time.
