Talk about bargains, this one perhaps has to be the best among the 12 mentioned in this list. Hardik Pandya was signed up by the Mumbai Indians even before he showed any of his exploits at a presentable level and once the all-rounder began hogging the limelight, he never let it leave him.

Just a few months after his IPL debut, he made his international debut in Australia and also featured in the World T20 2016 for India. For the Mumbai Indians, he has always been a pivotal part of their title aspirations and has been a part of their title winnings campaigns in 2015, 2017 and 2019.

He has scored 1,068 runs for the club thus far at an average of nearly 30 and a strike-rate in excess of 150. He has also picked up 42 wickets and is beginning to pick up pace with every season passing by. He will definitely be huge for the club in the coming seasons as well.
