Kane Williamson and New Zealand players fined for slow over rate
New Zealand lost the 6th match of CT 2017 to England by 87 runs.
New Zealand captain Kane Williamson has been fined 40 per cent of his match fees while the rest of the team has been handed a 20 per cent fine for completing their bowling innings at a slower rate and finishing the innings was found to be 2 overs slow. After the conclusion of the match, the Match Referee Rod Tucker along with the onfield umpires Bruce Oxenford and Paul Reiffel made the decision to impose the fine.
