Keeper Chadwick Walton hilariously grabs Ben Dunk's legs in PSL 2020
It was a hilarious moment!
The momentum is slowly starting to shift towards Lahore Qalandars, who are potentially turning out to be an incredible force to be reckoned with. They are out of the last place in the points table, which is now being held by the defending champions Quetta Gladiators. With Lahore Qalandars showing positive signs, they are en route to a good path of reaching the top destination, possibly by finishing in the top four for the first time.
The Karachi Kings were invited to bat first on the match day and lost Sharjeel Khan early on in the innings. Babar Azam was then accompanied by Alex Hales as the duo set up the platform for Qalandars. They constructed 60 runs for the second wicket before Babar Azam was dismissed for 38 runs including six fours.
The Qalandars dismissed Iftikar Ahmed and Cameron Delport in quick intervals but Alex Hales who was at the other end ensured to complete his half-century. At one point, it seemed like he was getting close to a triple-digit-score but Chadwick Walton’s sensational 20-ball-45 cameo (2 fours, 5 sixes) at the other end meant that Hales had to settle for an unbeaten 80 off 48 on the back of six fours and five sixes as Karachi Kings set up a target of 188.

In reply, Lahore Qalanders’ dangerous opener Fakhar Zaman was dismissed for a duck and Mohammad Hafeez was also dismissed cheaply for 16 runs. Coming in at No.3, Ben Dunk hogged the limelight as he single-handedly tore the Karachi Kings’ bowlers apart by launching sixes out of the park with relative ease.
Having missed out on what could’ve been a sensational hundred against Quetta a few days ago, Ben Dunk came even pretty much closer and was a whisker away from scoring yet another hundred as he missed the milestone by a run.
Lahore Qalandars’ skipper Sohail Akhtar and Ben Dunk laid a solid platform for the team by adding a valuable 140-run partnership for the third wicket as they beat Karachi Kings by eight wickets with five balls to spare. Sohail remained unbeaten on 68 off 46 including six fours and two sixes.
On the other hand, Ben Dunk chipped in with a 40-ball-99 on the back of 3 fours and 12 towering sixes. Ben Dunk was the Player of the Match for his scintillating performance. During the passage of play, Karachi Kings’ wicketkeeper Chadwick Walton grabbed Ben Dunk’s legs which left everyone in stitches.
