KL Rahul beats Athiya Shetty in an online game; uploads a screenshot on Instagram

The current situation of the lockdown is slightly frustrating for everyone. This time has been quite something for the cricketers as well. With no cricket matches, all the players have confined themselves to their homes. However, it seems KL Rahul has found a great way to stay engaged with his friends.

The Indian batsman, who recently celebrated his birthday, uploaded a screenshot on Instagram which saw him playing ludo with his friends. Notably, one of the people who he was playing with, is his alleged girlfriend, Athiya Shetty. Other than her, Rahul was playing with actress Akansha Ranjan Kapoor and businessman Ritik Bhasin.

KL Rahul had just came first in the game of Ludo and he celebrated it by letting his Instagram fans know. He uploaded the screenshot on his Instagram story. Going by the screenshot, it seems that Athiya held the third place while Ritik was the winner. Unfortunately for Akansha, she finished as the last-placed player in the game.

There have been many rumours of Athiya and Rahul dating in the past few months. Athiya’s father, renowned Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty also didn’t deny the association. The two haven’t made anything official yet, but by their PDA on social media, it is easy to guess that something has been cooking up.

A few days back, Athiya uploaded an adorable picture with Rahul on his 28th birthday. She uploaded the picture on Instagram on 18th April and captioned the post as, “Happy birthday, my person.” She also added a heart emoji with the caption.

The picture caught the attention of all the fans. It kind of made it clear that two share a close relationship. Akansha Ranjan Kapoor had also uploaded a picture with the cricketer on his birthday. However, she had added “Tum mera dost ho” in the caption of the photo.

KL Rahul has been enjoying some tremendous success over the past few months in international cricket. Having given the job of wicket-keeping in the white-ball format, he hasn’t put a foot wrong. He was also supposed to lead the Kings XI Punjab this season, but unfortunately, the IPL has been suspended until further notice.
