Lahore Qalandars vs Islamabad United Head to Head record in PSL history

Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United meet in the Eliminator 2 clash of PSL 2022 on February 25, 2022, at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The Qalandars lost to Multan Sultans in Qualifier 1 clash while the United defeated Peshawar Zalmi in Eliminator 1 match last night on February 24^th to fix the date with Qalandars.

The winner of the match will enter the finals to meet Multan Sultans and the loser will pack their bags to end their campaign. Islamabad United has won the most number of titles amongst all teams in the history of PSL, which is two.

On the other hand, Lahore Qalandars are yet to lift the elusive trophy having finished as runners-up once in 2020. In terms of head-to-head matches, Islamabad has the edge over Lahore. 14 games have been played between the two sides with United winning nine and Qalandars winning five.

Cameron Delport has the highest individual score of 117*. In terms of wickets tally, Faheem Ashraf has taken the most wickets (18) followed by Shadab Khan (17) and Shaheen Afridi (11).

Both sides last met in the 27^th match of the current PSL campaign on February 19 at the same venue. Batting first, Qalandars’ Fakhar Zaman scored 51 as Harry Brook struck a whirlwind century. Brook scored 102 not out in 49 balls to take Lahore to 197/6 in 20 overs. In the second innings, Shaheen Afridi, Zaman Khan, Haris Rauf and Rashid Khan all took two wickets apiece to restrict United to 131/9. Qalandars won the encounter by 66 runs.
