Ross Taylor becomes latest bunny of Virender Sehwag on Twitter
Virender Sehwag is the most famous sportsperson on the social media these days. The reason for this being his witty tweets that are aimed at his fellow mates. He has been using his pun and sarcasm to best effect to become a sensation on Twitter. He is renowned for wishing the cricketers in his own special way.
No wonder, Sehwag has been getting a lot of followers on the micro-blogging site now. Virender Sehwag was known to torment the bowlers during his playing days. Now the former cricketer is busy tormenting the players off the field. He takes very little time to take digs at other players in humorous ways. His humorous antics even landed him in a web series recently.
The most popular of all his tweets have been the ones aimed at the British journalist Piers Morgan. They have taken their Twitter banter to a whole new level. His most recent victim or bunny as one may call, is New Zealand batsman Ross Taylor. Taylor, who is currently the part of the team that is playing Pakistan at Hamilton, had very little idea of what was coming his way.
It all started with Virender Sehwag wishing Suresh Raina on his birthday. Sehwag, in his witty style, tweeted, “When people ask ,Have you seen Aaina ? (mirror) Answer is, I have seen Raina .Happy Birthday Suresh Raina. @ImRaina.”
Suresh Raina was quick to respond back to wish as he wrote, “@virendersehwa hahaha good one Viru bhai thanks a lot for wishes.”
Meanwhile, Ross Taylor, who had nothing to do with all of this, tweeted a blank tweet with mentions of Sehwag and Raina. He tweeted, “@ImRaina @virendersehwag.” This was in reply to Suresh Raina’s tweet.
Very little did Taylor know that Virender Sehwag will not let this opportunity go. Sehwag was fast in tweeting a hilarious tweet to Taylor. He mocked the last name of the Kiwi batsman and related it to a tailor. In a very funny tweet, Sehwag wrote, “What happened Taylor ji..Why tagging without typing. Hope stitching going on fine and you getting many orders.
The Kiwi batsman took it in a very sporting way. He tweeted that his phone was with his daughter and indicated that she had tweeted it. He wrote, “@virendersehwag @ImRaina haha. Sorry mate. Daughter had my phone. Hope your well.”
