WATCH: Virat Kohli gives autograph to specially-abled young fan waiting at team hotel, video goes viral
The third and final Test of the three-match series between India and New Zealand will be played in Mumbai.
Star Indian batter, Virat Kohli, never fails to disappoint when it comes to his compassionate nature while dealing with his supporters. As agitated as he might become on occasions due to the sheer hunger for winning whenever on the field, his off-field demeanour is something to admire for not just the cricketing fraternity, but any human in general.
A set of three friends were spotted eagerly waiting for Kohli at the team hotel. On arrival, Kohli greeted the young superstar who was on a wheelchair with a gleaming smile before asking his name and proceeding to sign a plain white T-shirt provided by him. With what seemed like a mini rucksack on, Kohli was generous enough to crouch down with the load of the bat to pose for some heartwarming pictures with the specially-abled fan as well as his friends who were flanking him. He very generously signed on the bottom part of one of the other child's T-shirt, as well as signed an Indian jersey and a bat presented by another child.

A deeper inspection into Kohli's record at the Wankhede
Kohli's track record at the Wankhede Stadium has been erratic. Over a span of eight innings in five Tests at the iconic venue, he has scored 469 runs at an average of 58.62 and a strike rate of 58.69. This also includes a double-ton against England in 2016, which if neglected out of the tally, serves up quite modest numbers for the ace batter.
Kohli's first two half-centuries in Test cricket came at the very same ground. Kohli ranks as the sixth-highest run-getter in Tests at the Wankhede, despite all the ups and downs he has encountered in Mumbai. He would want to make the upcoming game count as significantly as possible, considering the underwhelming series he has had according to the grand standards he has set of himself over the past.
