Devon Conway became the first batsman to score a double hundred on Test debut in England.

2 – Among the Test debutants for New Zealand, Conway is only the second to hit a double hundred, and he also registered the second-highest score in the tally. Before him, Mathew Sinclair achieved the milestone against West Indies in 1999. He scored 214 runs on his Test debut.
