He played cricket for twenty four years and he made a habit of rewriting record books every time he came out to bat. Now after his retirement he is setting some new records but in a different territory. Yes, Sachin Tendulkar’s official facebook page has crossed 20 million likes.

This page was launched on Sept 10, 2012 and it has achieved this feat in less than two years. The page is being maintained by media firm Seven3rockers. This firm acquired mobile and internet broadcasting rights for Celebrity Cricket League and has also been associated with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

This page has got some unique pictures of Tendulkar in young age, with Bollywood celebrities and with other fellow cricketers. This page also provided opportunities of talking to Tendulkar to his fans.

Things might have changed in Tendulkar’s life after retirement but one thing which is never going to change is the love and support he gets from his fans.
